Bear County devotes a great deal of attention to the quality of its products. Should you nevertheless be confronted with a problem then you can notify your Bear County dealer. Please note that you have to show your purchase receipt to make a claim against the warranty. Unless otherwise stated all products are governed by the statutory two-year warranty period for consumer products.
Cabins, Carports, Patio roofs andPlay equipmentBear County gives a warranty against manufacturing and constructional defects. Damage caused by humans, animals and natural forces are not covered by the warranty. Claims resulting from incorrectly-laid foundations, inexpert assembly, poor maintenance and/or incorrect maintenance materials are not covered by the warranty. Log cabins: 5 years' warranty Carports: 5 years' warranty Patio roofs: 2 years' warranty Play equipment: 2 years' warranty | Garden furnitureGarden furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty against constructional and manufacturing defects. Cracks, greying, discolouration, moisture stains and damage caused by incorrect use are not covered by the warranty terms. Note: both new and treated furniture can initially leave marks on clothes.
Garden DeckGarden-Deck used under normal conditions is covered by a 15-year warranty. The warranty covers soundness and durability (rot, wear, fracture and delamination). |
